Favorite Destination and Why: I love everywhere I go and always appreciate each experience. All in all, I think my favorite travel experience is an African Safari. It’s the most surreal and incredible experience being in nature and seeing wild animals up close. I have been to Botswana, Kenya, Zambia, Tanzania and South Africa and I would do it all over, time-and-time again. It is out-of-this-world sleeping in a luxury tent, under the stars, and hearing the sounds of hippos, riding in a jeep tracking lions, leopards and other wildlife.

Areas of Specialty: Italy! I have been there 18 times. Greece, Spain and Croatia too. I am very familiar with all of Europe.

My Travel Style Is: I love 5-star boutique hotels, as the best way to experience a place is to get immersed in the culture. I’d much rather make pasta with someone in their house in Italy, than eat it at a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Three Fun Facts About Me:

I had 4 children, 3 ½ and under and travelled with all them since they were very young. We never left them home other than if it was a romantic trip. I probably did this because my parents travelled without me and my siblings. My father didn’t believe in that and said we wouldn’t remember anything. I flew for the first time when I was 19 years old.
