Amanda Rofsky is the founder of Gold Sky Travel, a Long Island-based luxury travel boutique specializing in the full spectrum of family travel. Amanda's love of travel began long before her career did. Years of exploring the globe, followed by the experience of traveling with her own family, gave her a firsthand understanding of just how different every traveler and every family dynamic truly is. That insight is at the heart of everything she does, and the foundation of a simple belief she has built her business around: that a great trip starts with truly knowing the people taking it. I am a CPA who spent over a decade in the corporate world, so an obsession with numbers and details is in my DNA and it shows in every trip I plan. Travel to me is as much about food and culture as it is about the destination, and some of my most treasured memories have happened around a table. My children are my greatest travel companions and seeing the world through their eyes is what fuels my passion for this work.
