I am an architect originally from Uruguay, having moved to the US to pursue my MBA at Stanford. Following a career in Real Estate Private Equity, I founded Third Round, a creative office specializing in design for hotel, brand, and F&B real estate developers. Drawing on this deep background in spatial design, strategic investment, and high-end hospitality, I also founded Manso. Manso is a corporate event and travel agency specializing in path-altering retreats, off-sites, and large gatherings. Acting as a direct extension of an executive team's strategy, we operate with the precision of a corporate partner and the sensibility of a luxury brand. Ultimately, my mission is to ensure your brand, spirit, and ethos travel with you wherever you go, and that every physical touchpoint is a true representation of your mission and values.

For larger, energetic retreats, the Americas and the Caribbean provide a vibrant and practical canvas. For intimate, executive-level summits, I look to Europe and Asia: profound history, intentional design, and refined hospitality create a great backdrop for high-level strategy.
